Rob Lipscombe

Robert is a third generation arborist with advanced skills in rigging, tree identification and sustainable horticultural practice. He is a certified arborist with over ten years’ experience working in the GTA. He is a graduate of the Arboriculture Program at Humber College and recipient of the Ontario Scholars Award in King Township. Robert has worked in various rural and urban environments providing expert maintenance for trees and shrubs in the landscape. He was an instructor for the Horticulture Technician program at Humber. He has worked with Indigenous youth from across Ontario planting trees and shrubs to restore indigenous species in the environment which not only promotes water conservation, species at risk, and sustainable ecosystems but builds healthy relationships between the youth and the natural outdoors.

Robert is an avid outdoor enthusiast, camping and canoeing throughout the Algonquin Park River system and is an active member of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation on Lake Simcoe.
